Returns Policy
Bearmach have a 14-day returns guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from partsforjaguar.co.uk you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date that you received the item, and we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item. Returned items may be subject to a 10% re stocking fee.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

Bearmach are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect if the item is outside the 14 day guarantee (this will not however affect your 12 month guarantee if the item has broken due to a manufacturing fault).

Returns of Parts Not Required - within 7 days
All goods sold by Mail Order are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, which allow for a seven day 'cooling off' period during which you may cancel your order (in writing) by sending us a letter, fax or e-mail at any time up to and including the seventh working day after the day on which you received your purchase. If you exercise your statutory right to cancel you must immediately return to us (at your own cost), the item(s) that you do not wish to keep. Carriage charges are non-refundable. Please ensure all goods are adequately packed to avoid damage, that you insure them accordingly with the carrier used and obtain a proof of shipment. Please note that all goods must be in the condition supplied at the point of sale and with their original, undamaged packaging. Returns are not permitted on parts specially ordered by Bearmach Ltd on customer's behalf.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you take delivery of a Bearmach package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange.

You have the right to return a defective item within a reasonable period of time. In the unlikely event that you have a defective item please return the item to us at:
